Responsibilities- :
Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments in accordance with Ohio BWC guidelines and regulations. - Perform Permanent Partial Impairment Ratings accurately and objectively using the 5th Edition AMA Guidelines.
- Document findings and provide clear, concise reports within established timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications- Board-certified Ophthalmologist (MD or DO).
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Ohio or a state contiguous to Ohio.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
- Prior experience with IME/impairment rating exams preferred but not required.
