Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Preschool Teacher Assistant to support lead teachers in the daily operations of our classroom. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Teacher Qualification Requirements

Candidates must be:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to obtain an FBI background check prior to working with students.
• A high school graduate (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Able to collaborate with lead teachers to complete tasks
• Nurturing and consistent in caring for students

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development through play and structured activities
• Participate in the following duties: snack, lunch, drop off and pick up
• Assist teacher in daily tasks which may include: making copies, activity setup and cleanup, supervising students and addressing classroom disruptions
