Assistant Infant Teacher (6 Weeks - 18 Months) – The Goddard School – Westerville (Polaris)

- Assist the Lead Teacher with implementing fun, developmentally appropriate lessons.
- Foster a safe, positive classroom environment filled with laughter and learning.
- Observe children’s interests and build hands‑on curriculum experiences.
- Communicate with families daily to share children’s progress and milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and grow professionally.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (required for Lead Teachers).
- Previous experience working with infants in an early childhood education setting.
- Ability to meet state background check eligibility requirements.
- Strong understanding of childcare programming, safety protocols, and first‑aid procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dependable, adaptable, and a team player who takes initiative.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
