Trainer, Special Needs ​/ Learning Disabilities

Your duties:

• Impart skills and knowledge in accordance with the official training regulations
• Support with planning training
• Supervise and maintain the machinery in the training workshop
• Collaborate with vocational schools, chambers of commerce, and external training providers
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and school visits
• Support interns of all age group

• Completed vocational training in a technical field with further qualification as a master craftsman or technician
• Professional experience as a trainer/instructor
• Experience in metalworking, mechanics, or mechatronics, ideally including CNC and automation technology
• Strong pedagogical skills, enthusiasm for working with young people, and excellent teaching ability
• Outstanding communication skills, patience, and assertiveness
• Independent working style, hands‑on mentality, team spirit, and an effective and efficient approach
• Confident use of common Office applications as well as CNC programming systems, ideally also PLC programming environments
• Proficiency in German and English
