Wellington Exempted Village Schools (Lorain County) seeks a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our staff as a Long Term Substitute Teacher. The position will cover 7th and 8th grade ELA classes at McCormick Middle School. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire and challenge students while working collaboratively on a grade-level team.
Essential Qualifications- Valid or pending Ohio teaching license that covers English Language Arts for grades 7 & 8and/or holds a reading endorsement for other grades.
- Position starts as soon as possible. Length of coverage is TBD and based on the return date of the assigned teacher.
- Compensation is $125 per day for the first 60 days worked. Any days worked past the initial 60 days will transition to the daily per diem listed in the WEAcollective bargaining agreement, along with associated benefits (available on the district website).
