Youth Pastor at Chippewa Alliance Church- Salary determined at a fair/competitive rate
- Vacation commensurate with C&MA policy for years of service
- Health insurance
- Housing allowance
- Lead and coordinate all Youth Ministries (5th - 12th grade)
- Weekly Youth Group meetings
- Teach or Oversee Sunday School Classes
- Identify and develop teen leaders
- Initiate Discipleship opportunities for youth
- Build relationships with young people and their families
- Coordinate all retreats (e.g., Life Conference)
- Identify and Develop Adult Leadership for Next Generation Ministries
- Develop our own training
- Find training for them to attend or
- Bring outside trainers to CAC for continuing education
- Research and select appropriate curriculum for each level of Next Generation Ministry that aligns with C&MA doctrine
