Olentangy Schools is seeking qualified candidates for multiple
Principal positions for the 2027-28 school year. Principal/ Assistant Principal provides educational leadership for the building; manage, administer and facilitate the daily operations, activities and events of the school; improve student learning.
Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to hold valid and appropriate licensure for each position with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce.

Employment status:
Administrative, full-time, 216-, 226- or 260-day employment contract based on position and grade level

Qualifications for a principal/assistant principal position include:

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and school administration from an accredited college or university
• Five to ten years of successful classroom teaching and bulding administration experience (principal) or three years of successful teaching experience (assistant principal)
• Valid and appropriate Ohio certification/license
• Alternative to the above qualifications as the superintendent and/or board of education may find appropriate
