Library Aide; Part-Time; Bremen Public Library

The Auglaize County Public District Library System is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Library Aide to join our team at the New Bremen Public Library in New Bremen, Ohio.

Hours:

10 – 15 hours per week (Includes evening and Saturday hours)

Mondays 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Thursdays 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Additional

Hours:

Up to 29 hours per week available as needed for substitutes

Optional Substitute Opportunities:
Fill in at our branch locations

• Provide excellent public service at the library desk
• Charge, discharge, and renew library materials
• Assist patrons with:
• Basic computer and technology questions
• General reference and directional questions
• Shelve books and maintain an organized collection
• Assist with library programs for all age groups
• Perform general housekeeping duties (during and after open hours)

• A dependable team player with a positive attitude
• Someone who enjoys working with people of all ages
• Comfort with basic technology and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different branch locations
