-based solar company is looking for an experienced Residential Solar Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position open to international candidates with relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential solar operations
- Strong knowledge of permitting, interconnection, and general solar workflow in the U.S.
- Familiarity with solar equipment and industry standards
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
- Manage permitting and interconnection processes for residential solar projects
- Coordinate with U.S. utilities, local authorities, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and industry best practices
- Support project managers in tracking and completing solar installations
