IHRE AUFGABEN

• Sie führen grundlegende Dateneingabeaufgaben präzise und gewissenhaft aus.
• Sie legen Dokumente in den Ablagesystemen des Unternehmens ab und rufen diese bei Bedarf zuverlässig ab.
• Sie ordnen Unterlagen und Dokumente gemäß vorgegebener Anweisungen und Ablagevorschriften.
• Sie erledigen operative Aufgaben unter Beachtung der etablierten Prozesse und halten dabei die vorgegebenen Parameter ein.
• Sie befolgen die festgelegten Verfahrensanweisungen, um die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards sowie interner und externer Kodizes sicherzustellen.
• Sie arbeiten strukturiert nach einem zugewiesenen Zeitplan und gewährleisten dabei eine termingerechte Ausführung aller Tätigkeiten.

IHR PROFIL

• Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d), Kaufmann oder Kauffrau für Büromanagement, Chemikant (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren anerkannten Ausbildungsberuf.
• Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und arbeiten gerne in einem kooperativen Umfeld.
• Sie zeigen hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen.
• Sie zeichnen sich durch Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein in allen Aufgaben bereichen aus.
• Sie besitzen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und können sich zügig in neue Themen und Prozesse einarbeiten.
