SHP Services – Service technician in Baden-Württemberg

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a

for our sterilization devices in Baden-Württemberg.

• Setup, commissioning, and training of the devices on-site at the customer's location
• Performing maintenance and repairs
• Acting as a point of contact for customers regarding issues and inquiries
• Testing sterilization devices in accordance with the BetrSichV (German Operational Safety Regulation)
• Conducting validations/qualifications/calibrations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Serving as the direct contact person for the customer
• Conducting electrical tests according to DGUV V3 (German Social Accident Insurance Regulation)
• Optimizing or adjusting devices to meet specific customer requirements

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, electronics technician, or similar
• Ideally, you already have experience in field service
• You hold a Class B or Class 3 driver’s license
• You have good general PC skills (Microsoft Office)
• You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
• You are willing to travel
