About the position

As a Service Technician (m/f/d) specializing in rotor blade repairs, you and your team will inspect and repair rotor blades on wind turbines
. You’ll learn about the structure and components of rotor blades and apply your craftsmanship in working with laminating resins and composite materials. All tasks are executed with an emphasis on quality and safety and are recorded using modern digital tools.

Alongside your technical responsibilities, your site presence greatly influences team collaboration, day-to-day operations, and the sustained effectiveness of clean energy initiatives throughout the region.

What You’ll Need to Thrive.
  • Skilled craftsmanship with a precise, detail-oriented approach
  • Technical understanding of epoxy resins, fiberglass, and carbon fiber materials
  • Detailed understanding of safety protocols, especially when handling hazardous substances
  • Ability to work without supervision and create technical documentation
  • Comfortable using Microsoft and iOS systems; SAP experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
  • Ideally, a valid Class C1E driver’s license
  • Language skills:
    Fluent German and Basic English
