Warehouse Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing Supervisors and teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing inventory, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment in both RF-enabled and non-RF environments. The manager will track performance metrics, develop improvement plans, and respond to operational issues to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Employee development, attendance tracking, coaching, and performance evaluation are key responsibilities. Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, especially regarding controlled substances and hazardous materials, is critical.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
, with a background in warehouse operations, strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role demands flexibility, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related fields.
