Job Title: Embedded Test Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer with hands‑on experience in automotive testing, software validation, and system calibration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering and will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing test procedures for vehicle components and embedded control systems to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and procedures to validate design components and systems.
- Apply engineering principles and analytical tools to evaluate design feasibility and performance targets.
- Prepare and set up test equipment, conduct moderately complex tests, and ensure accurate data collection.
- Analyze and interpret test data to identify issues, predict failures, and recommend corrective actions or design improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including reports, summaries, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional design and development teams to resolve test issues and support design validation.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external testing standards and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 6 years of relevant experience may substitute for the required degree.
- 4–5 years of experience in test engineering or product validation.
- Proficiency in using INCA, CANalyzer, and CANoe for communication and diagnostics.
- Strong experience with C, C++, C#, and Python programming languages.
- Experience with microcontroller I/O programming and control logic implementation.
- Hands‑on experience in software testing, calibration, and data analysis.
