Welty Energy is looking to add a Program Analyst to our growing electric utility team! The Program Delivery (Distribution) team is responsible for providing analytics, reporting, controls and schedule oversight related to Electric Distribution capital programs.
KeyRoles & Responsibilities
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple platforms, including Power BI, Crews, Eco Sys, and Primavera P6 to provide meaningful insights and support decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports for program status, variances, earned value metrics, schedule performance and forecasts.
- Partner with Program Managers, Portfolio & Controls teams, and PMO to ensure program health: monitoring scope, schedule, cost, resource changes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance data integrity, system integration, adherence to technology standards and promote reporting process efficiencies.
- Support forecasting, cost tracking, and performance metrics reporting for Electric Distribution programs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand program scope, constraints, risk drivers and schedule dependencies in the distribution domain (lines, substations, feeders, smart‑grid initiatives).
- Support risk identification and mitigation for projects within the program; highlight issues to Program Managers and help develop corrective paths.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Analytics, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience with electric utility project analytics, project coordination or project governance.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Primavera P6, Eco Sys, and/or Crews preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
