About the Role

Join a dynamic international team working on the industrialization and introduction of a next-generation high-speed train tailored for challenging environments and demanding customer expectations. As a VIE Product Introduction Analyst, you will support the coordination of warranty activities, logistics, and data-driven decision-making across multiple sites and stakeholders.

We’ll look for you to:

• Support the setup and coordination of Product Introduction (PI) activities at the production site.
• Monitor and analyze logistics flows, consignment stock, and material availability.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of field modifications and retrofits.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (QCD, EHS, reliability).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PI processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, customer interface).
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations (ISO, EHS, RAMS).

All About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and visualize data.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Proven experience with Power BI: dashboard creation, DAX, and data modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills:
  Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas; VBA and Python is a plus.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes in an industrial environment.
• Familiarity warranty, and reliability growth processes..
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in multicultural environments.
• Ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders..
• High ethical standards and commitment to quality and safety.
• Basic knowledge of German is essential.
• Additional language skills in Chinese or Swedish are considered an asset.

This position is offered as part of the V.I.E. (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program, managed by Business France. The V.I.E. program enables young European professionals (aged 18–28) who have never worked in the country of assignment to gain international experience through a full-time assignment of 6 to 24 months. The legal employer is Business France; the host company provides operational supervision and support.
