For this Bangalore Metro project, we are seeking Testing and Commissioning Engineer - Signaling
Responsibilities- Supervise Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities of signaling systems for metro rail projects.
- Review and understand signaling design documents, interface requirements, and system specifications.
- Prepare and execute detailed T&C plans, procedures, and schedules in alignment with project timelines.
- Coordinate with design, installation, and system integration teams to ensure smooth execution of T&C works.
- Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing of signaling equipment.
- Manage troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during testing phases.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Prepare test reports, maintain documentation, and ensure approvals from client/consultant.
- Support acceptance activities, including Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and System Acceptance.
- Interface with stakeholders for T&C activities and approvals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with Testing & Commissioning of Signaling systems in Metro/Rail projects.
- Strong knowledge of modern signaling technologies (CBTC, ATP/ATO, Interlocking systems).
- Hands‑on experience in T&C methodologies, safety protocols, and system integration.
- Excellent coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
