• Independent research on formulations and processes in the areas of mixing, coating, compaction, and cell assembly on a laboratory scale
• Assembly, measurement, and evaluation of coin cells
• Support in organizing, monitoring, and optimizing tasks and workflows within the R&D department
• Preparation of work instructions, processes, and reports
• Planning, execution, documentation, and evaluation of various analyses
• Commissioning of new laboratory equipment

• Completed vocational training as a chemical-technical assistant (CTA), chemical laboratory technician, or equivalent qualification
• Confident use of MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and a high sense of quality
• Language skills at level B1 (or higher)
