Participate in the product design, development or improvement process during the prototype testing and testing phases. Act as a reference in your field of activity, by creating and maintaining standard test protocols (RES), with respect to product specifications and changes in standards, in line with quality, cost, delivery, safety and environment.
DUTIES:- Define and finalize measurement procedure, testing protocols, and draw up test procedure specifications with the support of the test manager.
- Anticipate and investigate all failures that may occur during product life, study possible hazards and make recommendations.
- Carry out tests and reliability calculations.
- Monitor test contracts outsourced to third parties.
- Develop and improve test methods and procedures.
- Analyze deviations from product specifications and propose corrective measures.
- Design and improve endurance test benches in compliance with current standards.
- Ensure that test protocols and acceptance criteria are kept up to date within their field of reference, in line with current standards / RETEX / technological developments.
- Receive, check and identify the parts of the machine sub-assembly(s) to be assembled.
- Assemble the subassemblies or the machine to carry out the necessary tests.
- Make proposals for improvements or problem solving.
- Guarantee the reliability and confidentiality of results within given deadlines.
- Use appropriate test equipment and ensure its proper application.
- Ensure that results are consistent with customer specifications and current standards.
- Bachelor’s or technical degree in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, or software validation.
- 5 years of experience with off‑road machinery including embedded software, hydraulic circuit, stress gauges, and electric circuit measurement.
- Valid driver’s license.
- No fear of heights.
