Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Arbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.
DeineAufgaben :
- Prüfung und Erarbeitung von Vertragsunterlagen
- Vorbereitung von technischen Ausschreibungsunterlagen für Lieferanten-, Schalungs- und Nachunternehmerleistungen und ggfalls.
Unterstützung bei den Vertragsverhandlungen - Lückenlose Vorbereitung der Versorgung der laufenden Baumaßnahmen sowie Logistik- und Gerätekonzepte/-pläne
- Ansprechpartner für unsere Baustellenteams bei Fragen zur Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Entwicklung von Sondervorschlägen in der Angebots- bzw. Ausführungsphase
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsthemen auf unseren Baustellen
