Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies. Resolve hardware and network issues through root cause analysis and command line diagnostics.

Schedule:

12‑hour shifts alternating 3 days/4 days weeks, front‑half days (Sunday‑Tuesday or Wednesday), with potential flex hours or night shifts. Communicate status and coordinate with team members to ensure system reliability.

• Technical aptitude and ability to communicate advanced technical information to individuals with varying technical knowledge.
• Good situational awareness and strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and root‑cause analysis of server, network, and command‑line diagnostics.
• Experience with data center and hardware maintenance.

Location:

Johnstown, OH (Contract)

Pay: $22.63 per hour.
