Aufgaben
** Als Produktionsleiter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die effiziente und qualitätsgerechte Produktion. Sie gestalten Prozesse aktiv mit und führen Ihr Team mit Engagement und Weitblick.
** Ihre Tätigkeiten im Überblick:
*** Gesamtverantwortung für die zugeordneten Produktionsbereiche
* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
* Aufbau und Führung eines motivierten Teams
* Personalplanung,
-einsatz und
-entwicklung
* Verantwortung für Kostenstellen und Budget
* Investitionsplanung für Maschinen und Anlagen
* Analyse von Ausschuss- und Nacharbeitsursachen inkl. Maßnahmenableitung
* Reklamationsbearbeitung und Einleitung von Abstellmaßnahmen
* Marktbeobachtung zu Fertigungstechnik und Trends
* Steuerung von Aufträgen, Kommissionierung, Montage und Instandhaltung
* Sicherstellung der JIT/JIS-Anlieferung
* Koordination von Neuanläufen und Workshops zur Prozess- und Qualitätsoptimierung
* Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen, FMEA, PLP und Prozessbeschreibungen
* Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Audits (z.B. IATF, EHS)
* Einhaltung von Umwelt- und Arbeitssicherheitsnormen* Änderungsmanagement und Prozessgestaltung
* Organisation von Prozessabnahmen mit internen und externen Partnern
* Aktive Mitarbeit in Projektgruppen und Qualitätszirkeln
** Ihr Profil
*** Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
* Erfahrung in der Produktionsleitung oder vergleichbarer Funktion
* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
* Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
* Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
