Education- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural, Civil, Mechanical, or Renewable Engineering
- 2+ years experience in solar, renewables, or related engineering/technical sales environment
- Working understanding of solar mounting products
- Solution design & solar mounting principles
- Strong presentation, communication & client engagement skills
- Fluent in English & German;
Chinese language is a plus - Project management & CRM tracking
- Logical problem solving & technical solution capability
- Achieve assigned revenue targets with paired Account Manager
- Engage distributors & installers (account management + new acquisition)
- Provide technical solution design, quotations & project support
- Support sales with product promotion, technical presentations & training
- Deliver market insights + product updates to clients with AM & Marketing
- Track project pipeline & client activity in CRM
- Support product R&D with HQ team via customer/market feedback
- Maintain continuous professional development aligned with industry standards & regulations
