- Assist in designing and improving manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
- Support workflow and layout analysis with direction from senior engineers.
- Help maintain process control techniques to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
- Participate in the implementation of new manufacturing technologies, methods, and techniques.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Assist with manufacturability reviews and documentation for new product development.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, and welding.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards (ISO, FDA, etc.).
- Experience with process validation and equipment qualification.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $86,000 per year. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.
