This role blends hands-on technical work with customer engagement, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the field.

• Visiting customer sites to perform routine testing and system checks
• Installing and maintaining chemical dosing equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with machinery and systems
• Monitoring performance data and adjusting processes for optimal results
• Managing inventory and ensuring safe handling of materials
• Preparing clear service documentation and reports
• Supporting customers with tailored solutions and technical advice
• Promoting the use of digital tools and automation technologies
• Ensuring all work meets high safety and compliance standards

• Technically trained, ideally with a background in chemistry or engineering
• Experienced in industrial environments (paper manufacturing is a plus)
• Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications
