Leetonia, OH (Onsite) – Salary: $85,000 - $110,000+ DOE

• Lead and execute capital improvement projects from concept through launch
• Serve as the key liaison across production, maintenance, engineering, and vendor teams
• Support robotic automation initiatives – programming, integration, and optimization
• Develop and enhance preventive maintenance and process documentation
• Participate in PPAPs, run‑at‑rate validations, and APQP activities
• Drive root cause analysis, scrap reduction, and yield improvement efforts
• Support quoting of new business, strategic capacity planning, and operator training
• Contribute to continuous improvement culture using Lean and data‑driven methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (10+ preferred)
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling and GD&T (preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Hands‑on, collaborative mindset and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives
• Must pass pre‑employment physical and drug screen and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
