For our business development we are looking for an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) for several regions in Europe to join our hybrid working model as soon as possible.
Responsibilities- Securing new projects and development contracts in close collaboration with sales and marketing, along with supporting the technical and commercial evaluation of customer inquiries
- Relieving the development department by pre‑qualifying development projects and assisting in managing ongoing development initiatives
- Continuously monitoring market segments, analyzing trends and innovations, and developing a flexible, scalable modular product concept for various customer needs
- Leading and supporting sub‑projects, managing product lifecycle, and collaborating closely with internal departments
- Planning, participating in, and representing the company at trade fairs and customer visits
- Managing travel commitments: approximately 1 week per month to headquarters and a minimum of 50% travel readiness for the position
- Electrical/Electronics Engineer (min.
B.Sc./B. Eng.) or comparable qualification with at least 7 years of experience in B2B sales - Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering and electronics, with a network in Southern Europe considered an advantage
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, along with excellent Excel skills
- Willingness to deepen expertise in power electronics through advanced training
- Strong team‑playing abilities
- Excellent Italian (C2) and English (C1) language skills are mandatory; additional languages such as German or French are a plus
