Technical Architect– ADAS​/AD

• Completed university degree in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in the field of system architecture with focus on ADAS and autonomous driving solutions.
• Strong technical background in the field of ADAS/AD (Sensing, communication networks, ECUs, functions)
• Have a strong knowledge of embedded software architecture.
• Have good knowledge of model-based systems engineering using Matlab/Simulink, software design principles and software modelling using SysML/UML. You have experience in using tools like Enterprise Architect, or Rhapsody.
• Good understanding of feature development cycle (requirements /architecture/ validation/ SW test/ embedding)
• Understanding of key architectural drivers (Safety, Security, SOTIF)
• You take technical leadership and initiative to drive ideas to solutions. You look for the big picture, you are open minded and eager to learn.
• You are a networking person that is experienced in creating or working within architecture communities, large scale projects and distributed organizations.
• You are familiar with automotive methods and processes as well as the SAFE agile framework.
• Fluent in German and English skills

• As an Automotive System Expert for ADAS & AD Solutions you define system and software architectures of vehicle functions realizing state-of-the-art ADAS and autonomous driving solutions.
• Realize system and software architectures with highest reliability in terms of functional safety, and cyber security.
• Responsible for the design and evolution of system and software architectures for customer functions and solutions.
• Collaborate with function developers and platform developers to find the best architectural solutions.
• Define and work on proof of concept to explore new concepts and technologies for autonomous driving solutions.
• Coach the Software Development teams in executing the development deliverables
  • Define and work on proof of concept to explore new concepts and technologies for ADAS/AD.
• Responsible for leading new project acquisition phase as an architect – build new technical solutions, effort estimation and team sizing for potential business opportunities.
• Analyzing the customer requirements and build value proposition for engineering service offerings
• Build technical road map for capability building in Germany to support OEM and Tier1 customers
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional teams – Sales, presales, technical center of excellence, Global delivery pool and project management team
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of an organization (internal & customers)
• Flexible to travel within Europe and if necessary globally on business need basis
