FEA Engineer

• Perform FEA using software tools such as CATIA (basic), Abaqus, and Endurica to evaluate rubber component function, characteristics, and durability performance.
• Support the growth of the company’s material library by understanding or being willing to learn material testing processes, equipment operation, and coordination of internal and external testing.
• Provide recommendations regarding software and hardware needs to ensure efficient FEA operations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across departments and with external FEA teams.
• Commit to continuous learning and professional development in rubber FEA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (FEA focus preferred).
• Experience:
  
  Industry experience is preferred but not required. Some level of FEA experience (academic or professional) is required. Proficiency with Abaqus and/or rubber FEA is highly valued. Experience with CATIA (CAD) and Endurica (fatigue analysis) is also advantageous.
