** Project Manager Engineer**, this role is located in
** Starovice, Czech Republic**. We are expanding our project team to achieve future project demands. Hybrid role, office and homebased.
** Your role
*** Project management for investment projects at the Novonesis production in all project phases in the plants in Czech Republic.
* Responsible for planning and forecasting of Capex projects
* Responsible for frequent project status information to the project owner/StC, budget, risk, new decisions etc.
* Responsible for the technical design/function and thereby ensure that success criteria for the project can be met.
* other projects abroad in Germany, France or Denmark with Engineering tasks, administrative support or other project activities.
** Your main tasks
*** Drive project through project lifetime, from idea to closure, compliant with Novonesis policies, local law and project framework.
* Lead project teams (including internal/external resources and suppliers/contractors) that is responsible for achieving project objectives.
* Manage stakeholders towards meeting project requirements and deliverables
* Create and finalize documents according to Novonesis Activities and Deliverables
** The ideal candidate should have
*** BSc. or MSc. in engineering (mechanical, chemical, electrical), or similar background, with at least 2 years’ experience in the industrial field
* Project management experience within process installations and equipment
* Experience with contract management of supply and/or consultancy contracts
* Competences within one or more of the following areas:  + Production processing  + Process/Industrial design  + Qualification in Food or Pharma facilities  + Hygienic and aseptic design (CIP/SIP)
* Good communication skills (Czech and English)
* Hands-on mentality
* Up to 25% travel
