DAS MACHST DU
- Selbstständige Betreuung von Kunden & Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich PSIM (System Winguard) und Video
- Service & Support von PSIM- und Videosystemen als Remotedienstleistung und teils vor Ort
- Weiterentwicklung der Bestands-Kundensysteme durch technische Beratung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern zur Behebung von technischen Störungen in Kundensystemen
- Selbstständige Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Dokumentation von Service-Einsätzen
- Rufbereitschaft außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten im Wechsel mit Kollegen
DAS KANNST DU
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker, IT-System-Elektroniker oder Vergleichbares
- Du hast fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sicherheitstechnik, PSIM und/ oder IP-Video
- Du hast ein hohes technisches Knowhow in Netzwerkinfrastruktur & Netzwerk-/ Kommunikationsprotokollen
- Du hast idealerweise bereits gute Kenntnisse in Office 365, Winguard, QVMS, Skript-Automation & Server-Client-Hardware
- Du beherrschst Deutsch verhandlungssicher & Englisch fließend
- Du kommunizierst verbindlich & hast dank deiner guten Organisationsfähigkeit dein Zeitmanagement im Griff
