- Develop, refine, and maintain operational standards, work instructions, and quality procedures for elevator service operations.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with service excellence strategies and compliance expectations.
- Facilitate adoption of new or updated processes through training, communication, and change management activities.
- Monitor process adherence and service performance through audits, field validations, and data analysis.
- Identify risks or gaps, recommend corrective actions, and follow through on resolution.
- Support compliance with internal standards, industry codes, and safety/technical requirements.
- Serve as a SAP functional expert for EI Service Operations processes, including master data integrity, workflow improvements, and enhancement requests.
- Partner with SIS and other departments to design, test, and deploy system changes, manage UATs, and train users.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Applied Sciences, or related field.
