HSE Manager - Achim West, Germany

For a major construction project, we are looking for a Project HSE Manager responsible for managing and coordinating all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) aspects of the project, promoting a strong safety culture with the goal of Zero Incidents.

• Manage and coordinate all HSE activities at project level
• Prepare, implement and update the Project HSE Plan and HSE procedures
• Perform hazard identification, risk assessment and risk management activities
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with legal and project requirements
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors’ HSE performance
• Interface with Client representatives, Project Team and Site Management
• Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare periodic HSE reports
• Manage audits, non-conformities, incidents and corrective actions

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental / Occupational Safety or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within construction projects
• Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good command of German
• Good command of English and/or Italian
• Sifa qualification (Germany) or ASPP qualification (Italian Law
