You will own the campus mechanical infrastructure from central utility plants (chillers, boilers, cooling towers) down to building-level HVAC, compressed air, and process utilities, bridging design and operations.
You will lead maintenance, commissioning, TAB, and BAS/BMS optimization while ensuring code compliance.
