The project is a 1.3 GW simple-cycle power generation facility located in Millersport, Ohio, being constructed adjacent to a hyperscale data center campus. The facility includes multiple power generation technologies consisting of Solar Titan 130 gas turbines, Siemens SGT
800 gas turbines, reciprocating engines, battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, and associated balance of plant infrastructure. The scope includes major civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, underground utility, control systems, and commissioning works required to support phased energization and turnover of the facility. Construction will be executed through a combination of direct hire and subcontracted labor supported by modularization, pre-assembly, offsite warehousing, and advanced work packaging methodologies.

The Prime Contracts Administrator will support effective administration and management of the prime contract agreement between Customer and Bechtel. The position reports to the Project Commercial Manager and functionally to the GBU Manager of Prime Contracts. Duties and responsibilities include support to implementation of the Prime Contract Management Program and ongoing related training, monitoring compliance with project/prime contract completion requirements and status, and creation and capture of contemporaneous records.

• Responsible for/assists with the development and implementation of the Prime Contract Management Program for the project, consistent with the prime contract and Project Management Plan.
• Assess prime contract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of risk such as ambiguities, conflicts, or deviations for the scope of work.
• Coordinate with other project team members to identify customer-related actions/inactions that need to be addressed. Recommend approaches and implement actions as appropriate to document events, respond to the situation and/or request appropriate variations on the project.
• Participate in project related meetings, prepare necessary materials, track actions and manage the working relationship with the relevant departments to facilitate prime contract administration.
• Support implementation and management of a program to recognize and identify progress/performance concerns, prepare changes/variations as they arise and manage the timely resolution under the applicable provisions whenever possible.
