At YTTP, we combine “Your Transformation To Power” in our Germany-wide Pilates and Reformer Pilates studios with the fundamental Pilates practice and the special experience of modern group training. Innovative methods and efficient automation go hand in hand with excellent service as one of the most important pillars of our customer experience.

Location: Cologne / Berlin
Working time: Part-time (5 days/week) up to 20h/week

• Service & automation: Optimize our AI chatbot, develop clever automations and make our digital service channels even smarter.
• User experience: Analyze landing pages, optimize FAQs, content, and processes — always from the customer's perspective.
• Smart processes: Build efficient solutions for recurring issues (e.g., Lost & Found) so that we can act even faster and more customer-friendly.
• Digital communication: Be the voice of YTTP in website forms, Whats App, and Instagram — empathetic, clear, and solution-oriented.
• Teamwork: Work closely with local studios, collect feedback and ensure consistent answers across all locations.

• Registered student in business, communication, media, marketing or a comparable subject.
• Digital Native:
  Safe to use Whats App, Instagram and web forms, open to new tools and apps.
• Tech-savvy & ready to learn:
  Interest in topics such as chatbots, automation, UX or data analysis (previous knowledge is an advantage, but not a must).
• Communicative & service-oriented:
  You find solutions and communicate in a friendly and clear manner.
• Very good German, good English is an advantage.
• Independent, structured and able to work in a team.
