Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Controller to lead financial planning, cost management, and performance tracking across IT operations. This key role will shape IT controlling during a major transformation, influencing strategic and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead centralised IT controlling and reporting.
• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost-performance tracking aligned with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs (operating, licence, personnel costs), analyse variances, and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee IT project controlling with a focus on cost-benefit optimisation.
• Provide clear financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Drive automation and standardisation initiatives with data teams.
• Serve as main contact for IT controlling and ensure alignment with senior stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Degree in business, IT, health economics, or related field with finance/controlling focus.
• 5+ years’ IT controlling experience in complex corporate environments.
• Strong skills in budgeting, KPI tracking, and project controlling.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with hands-on reporting expertise.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel (Power Query, VBA), and PowerPoint.
• BI tool experience (e.g., Power BI) or programming skills a plus.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
