We are a family office actively seeking an Investment Analyst/Associate to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing, analyzing, and investing in pre-seed, seed, and Series A level startups led by visionary founders tackling massive global challenges.

Our goal is to back projects with a proven team, a clear market fit, and the potential for outsized returns.

• Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:
  Identify and evaluate blockchain and crypto projects that address large-scale problems with innovative solutions.
• Due Diligence:
  Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and financial analysis to assess the viability and scalability of potential investments.
• Networking:
  Build and maintain relationships with founders, industry experts, and other investors to uncover high-potential opportunities.
• Industry Research:
  Stay at the forefront of blockchain and crypto trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
• Portfolio Management:
  Support existing investments by providing strategic advice, resources, and connections to help portfolio companies grow.

• Experience in Blockchain and Crypto: A strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, key players, and technological trends.
• Financial Acumen:
  Background in finance, venture capital, or private equity, with proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset:
  Familiarity with startup ecosystems and experience working with or investing in early-stage companies.
• Strong Network:
  Established connections in the blockchain and crypto industry are highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving Ability:
  An analytical thinker with a passion for identifying solutions to big challenges.
• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA, or blockchain certifications) are a plus.

This position is flexible and can be remote or based in one of our hub offices. Occasional travel may be required to attend conferences and meet with founders.
