- Eigenständige Dokumentation, Analyse und Lösung technisch komplexer Anwenderfragen und Servicefälle im 1st Level Support sowie Koordination des 2nd Level Supports
- Durchgängiges Monitoring und proaktives Nachhalten von technisch komplexen Anwenderfragen und Servicefällen
- Technische Analyse von komplexen Anfragen und Entwicklungsunterstützung
- Sicherstellung von Service-Level-Agreement-Verpflichtungen gegenüber Systemkunden
- Prozessoptimierung und Mitwirkung bei der Neugestaltung von Prozessen
- Schnittstellenfunktion und Zusammenarbeit mit Systemkunden, Unterlieferanten, Niederlassungen sowie internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Fachliche Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Serviceeinführung neuer Geräte und Systeme
