Financial Controller

We - MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg - are part of the space and technology group OHB. The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. With around 80 employees, we create greater transparency, ensure optimum coordination and make significant contributions to process optimization at the companies we serve, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with current standards
• Preparing and managing the budgeting and forecasting process
• Analysing financial data and identifying trends, risks and potential for optimisation, risks and optimisation potential
• Carrying out variance analyses and deriving recommendations for action as an interface to internal and external auditors and as a contact person (m/f/d) for specialist departments and management
• Developing and providing all types of ad hoc analyses
• Supporting/reviewing the preparation of all types of reports
• Developing and maintaining controlling tools and processes (SAP and BI tools)
• Preparing presentations and reports for management
• Project work in the area of accounting and controlling

• Successfully completed Bachelor's / Master's degree or a comparable qualification
• Comprehensive business expertise and experience in controlling
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP as well as good analytical skills
• Proactive team player (m/f/d) with excellent communication
• Fluent in German and English, Czech would be an advantage
