As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to strengthen financial strategy, improve fiscal management, and support the company in achieving long-term financial scalability and profitability.
Position OverviewThe CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring strong cost management and capital efficiency across the organization. This role is critical in building scalable financial systems, maximizing profitability, supporting investment decisions, and aligning financial strategy with the company’s growth objectives.
The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and experienced in high-growth environments, with the ability to translate company goals into financial structures, improved performance, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee financial strategy to support company growth and long-term sustainability.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure visibility and alignment across leadership.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend improvements to strengthen margins and operational efficiency.
- Implement financial systems, controls, and automation to streamline reporting, analysis, and compliance.
- Evaluate and manage investment decisions, resource allocation, and cost optimization across departments.
- Support financial planning for future hiring, scaling, and infrastructure expansion.
- Work closely with leadership to set financial priorities, define targets, and execute on company-wide growth initiatives.
- Ensure financial transparency, accountability, and a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
