Within the central division Finance, Tax, and Controlling, we seek a Senior Controller for the Hospital Care (HC) division. Shape the future of Controlling at the intersection of strategy, data, and business.

• Act as strategic and operational business partner to senior management of the HC division.
• Proactively contribute to target setting, steering, and organizational design from idea to market.
• Translate complex data analyses into meaningful KPIs and clear recommendations for action.
• Design and implement future‑oriented controlling tools, methods, and processes.
• Optimize and sustainably develop reporting and data structures, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Conceptualize and implement modern BI solutions to support steering and decision‑making processes.

• Degree in business administration with focus on Controlling/Finance.
• Solid professional experience with strategic orientation in controlling.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience designing and implementing BI solutions, confident in using reporting systems (e.g., SAP, IBM TM1).
• Proficient in common MS Office programs.
• Business‑fluent English skills, written and spoken.
