Within the Central Finance, Tax, and Controlling Division, we are looking for a Senior Controller (m/f/d) in the Business Controlling team for the Hospital Care (HC) Segment Controlling department in Melsungen as soon as possible.

In Strategic Controlling HC, we act as sparring partners for senior management on overarching steering topics. We actively shape the commercial strategy, further develop management models and reporting structures, and support planning and decision‑making processes. We analyze strategic issues such as pricing and portfolio management and create transparency through meaningful KPIs – enabling management to make well‑informed decisions.

• You act as a strategic and operational business partner to senior management and project managers in the HC segment.
• You provide economic consulting during the decision‑making process for executives and project managers.
• You act as a critical sparring partner for management on issues and measures related to achieving objectives in line with the segment’s commercial strategy.
• You contribute proactively to goal setting, steering, and organizational design from concept to market.
• You analyze strategic development, investment, and other projects for economic viability and prepare results to support decision‑making.

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/finance.
• Solid professional experience in the above‑mentioned area.
• Proficient in common MS Office applications.
• SAP knowledge and experience with IBM TM‑1 or other reporting systems are advantageous.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Motivated to tackle challenging tasks as part of a team.
