We are looking for

Senior FP&A Business Partner/Senior Group Controller (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in Europe - in Germany

In this role you will serve as the key financial navigator for the business, steering strategic decisions and performance through forward-looking analysis, rigorous planning, and clear, actionable insights.

• Act as the primary FP&A business partner for assigned business units and functions, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

• Provide forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and business cases to enable high-quality management decisions.

• Identify, assess, and quantify financial risks and opportunities.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the defined scope, in line with headquarters and parent company requirements.

• Build and maintain financial models for P&L, cash flow, and key KPIs.

• Analyze financial performance and explain variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.

• Prepare and deliver regular financial reporting to headquarters and the parent company.

• Challenge assumptions and strengthen financial ownership and accountability across the business.

• Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment and consistency between FP&A, Accounting, Controlling, and group reporting figures.

• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and planning cycles.

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or a comparable finance role.

• Proven ability to combine strong analytical FP&A work with hands-on business partnering.

• Experience in fast-growing, dynamic, or international environments is a strong advantage.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with FP&A reporting tools and BI solutions (e.g. Jedox, Tableau, Adaptive, Power BI) is a plus

• Confident in challenging business decisions using data, facts, and structured analysis.

• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with high ownership.

• Fluency in German and English.
