Controller - National Beef

• Oversee the National Beef Ohio financial close process including creation, posting, and reviewing journal entries
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Track and reconcile all capital projects and fixed assets
• Perform actual vs planned return analysis on all payback projects
• Provide analysis as needed for revenue and expense reporting
• Lead the annual budget process
• Provide profit and loss projections as requested
• Provide daily, weekly, quarterly and annual reporting on yields, labor, sales and expenses
• Monthly reporting for customer/s portals tracking all sales and expenses and inventory
• Work with other managers to ensure inventory, sales and purchasing issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Train backup(s) on all duties and keep them up to date on all responsibilities and processes
• Additional duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior operations accounting experience
• Experience working with yield and cost comparisons
• Strong Excel skills
• Good analytical, time management, and process management skills
• Excellent communication skills
