The Escrow Coordinator position focuses on closing a mix of residential, commercial, and refinance transactions and requires diligence, precision, and a customer orientation. Escrow Coordinators work alongside Escrow Officers in strong teams with extra support at every level, enabling our teams to maximize volume and minimize stress.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Notary commission
• Experience in the title or escrow industry

• Review commitments and purchase agreements
• Review legal documents and interpret trusts, powers of attorney, and estate dockets
• Gather all documents required to prepare settlement statements
• Comply with and enforce adherence to regulatory requirements
• Explain provisions and procedures to clients
• Collaborate closely with Escrow Officers to provide the best customer service
