As the commercial head of the ALEA SCHOOL, you will be responsible for:
- Strategic and operational commercial management
- Overall responsibility for the commercial management of ALEA SCHOOL
- Ensuring the economic stability and sustainable development of the school
- Development and implementation of a financial and growth strategy
- Finance, controlling & non-profit status
- Responsibility for budget planning and financial controlling
- Preparation of forecasts and reports
- Coordination of annual financial statements together with tax advisors and auditors
- Ensuring the proper use of funds within the framework of non-profit status
- International framework conditions & compliance
- Ensuring the commercial requirements of an IB World School are met
- Contact person for authorities, funding agencies, auditors and international partners
- Organization, processes & administration
- Development of efficient, transparent and scalable administrative and financial processes
- Responsibility for contracts (service providers, leases, insurance, partnerships)
