• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for global operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a manufacturing or global environment.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems; exposure to BI tools a plus.
