Job Overview

A dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to join our publicly‑traded manufacturing client. This permanent, full‑time role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all financial operations, lead a team, and influence the company’s financial performance.

• Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and regulatory reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and other financial regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting the company’s performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies and decisions.
• Ensure the accuracy of standard costing and provide guidance on cost management.
• Implement and monitor effective financial control systems and processes.
• Use financial data to inform strategic planning and decision‑making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to meet objectives and career goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification (CMA, CPA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes, including SOX, FP&A, GRC, and management accounting.
• Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of standard costing in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
