Location Position 2: USA (Hybrid 20% Travel Required)

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is primarily remote but requires occasional travel to the client site in Glenville, Texas, upon request. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Infor M3 Finance modules and be available to join immediately.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the Infor M3 Finance environment.
• Configure and implement Infor M3 Finance modules to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct functional testing and validate configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide post-implementation support and user training as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor M3 Finance modules.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience with Infor M3 Finance modules.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Budgeting in Infor M3.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills within the Infor M3 ecosystem.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness to travel to the client site in Glenville, Texas, as requested.
• Immediate availability to join.

• Certification in Infor M3 Finance is a plus.
• Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Familiarity with integration processes and data migration within Infor M3.
